Hardware loopback of HWIC CSU/DSU (HWIC-1DSU-T1)

I have a 2811 router running 12.4(25e) ADVIPSERVICESK9-M with a single HWIC-1DSU-T1 in slot0.  I have a loopback plug connected to the port on the HWIC and I want to know what commands I'd need to enter in the interface configuration of ser0/0/0 to test the interface card.  I want to send packets from the router (ping, for example) and have them go entirely through the card, out onto the loopback plug and back into the controller to fully test the card.

You  need  RJ45  cable  to  do  the  testing.
