GTM and LTM are F5 names for two different load balancing strategies as explained in the link below

The industrial terms according to this article are
GTM Global Load balancer
LTM Server Load balancer
GTM works on the DNS resolution of a server making intelligent decisions.
LTM is actual server load balancing.
The two features can be combined.
Now, about your question I suppose that DCI stands for Data Center interconnect.
It is not clear to me what you mean with DIG. Can you clarify this point ?
in DCI you can use Anycast IP to reach the nearest instance of the anycast address. This approach may work for you or not.
Another possible approach is to use geo location DNS resolution.

yep , i need DIG same as per below but with LTM as SLB and GTM as a global site selector , similar to the below but with F5 LTM as SLB and GTM or Netscaler
