Having problem starting Cisco 4000 series router

Hello, I'm encountering a problem since i purchased this service router. This is the particular one I'm talking about: https://www.getitequip.com/Cisco-ISR4451-UCSE-S-K9-Routers-&-accessories

I have tried to troubleshoot but it is not fixing it. I have read many guides online but no one is working for me. Is this hardware fault? Should I return it or is there any solution how to fix it?cisco.jpg

All you've provided is the picture of the router.

What, exactly, is the problem?  Can you, at the very least, give us the console output of the router booting up?

I'm getting this error "%IOSXEBOOT-1-INVALID_IMAGE: (RP/0): Booting an invalid ISR4300 image - Reloading system"

Console into the router and reboot.

Post the entire boot-up process.

NOTE:  Please provide all the relevant information, otherwise, raise a TAC case.
