Hello, I am on packet tracker trying to activate "UCK9" and it is not working. All I am able to activate is the "
securityk9". When I see all the available license in my routers, thats what I get.

Hello,
that the command doesn’t exit! The only “license” I can activate is the “securityk9”.

can you active by using:
on exec mode
license right-to-use move uck9
-- accept the license agreement
license right-to-use move cme-srst
-- accept the license agreement
config terminal
license boot level uck9
license boot level cme-srst
exit
wr mem
you may need to restart your router if it didnt enabled

you need to do it in exec mode/enable mode.
Router>enable
Router# license right-to-use move uck9

I think I sent you the wrong screenshot.
Yes I tried it in exec mode also and it did not work. Same error! :(
I think I will change routers, but my problem I didn’t find any that had a lot of GE port and serial and some FE. Any suggestions on which router I can use? The router also needs to support CME (obviously)

i am not sure why it didn't worked on ur ISR but this is how we activate licenses on our I'SRs. Please share snapshot again
i am attaching snapshot of supported Routers for CUCME with platform capacity support.
