You can copy the IOS from your TFTP server to the CF flash directly using a multi-card reader.

Make sure the CF is formated with FAT16.

Can you give me steps on how to do that? I found a site that tells me how to transfer the image from a TFTP server, but once it is over, it doesn't seem to show up or boot up with it.

Do you have a multi-card reader which you can connect to your PC or laptop via USB?

I do, but it looks like I got it. For osme reason the first tftpdnld didn't work, but I tried a different bin and it worked, so I am all good, thanks!
