I am trying to figure out how does the latency is calculated and if it is within the acceptable range for clients.
The scenario is that one of the clients said that he is experiencing latency from Singapore to Belgium, the avg is 350 ms, the MRTG shows that from our network is 0 then after it goes with upstreams the latency adds with 100+ then upon reaching the destination ip it shows 350ms.
This website shows(https://wondernetwork.com/pings) that the latency for Belgium should avg of 269.768ms.
I want to have a better understanding so I can explain it to the clients experiencing this.
