Help with Video thru IR829

Help folks, I am using an Axis Camera to feed through a IR829 Router. I can ping the camera, but I cant ping ports 80, 443 or 554? What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

Hello @ChrisDetje ,

you need to configure static NAT mapping the private IP address of the Axis Camera to the public IP address of the WAN interface of the IR829 for each port if you want to access from outside

The TCP ports can be changed.

if you are on the LAN side you can use from a PC

telnet <Axis Camera IP address > <port>

to check if the ports are available.
