Can you please help me in pointing out what's happening with both ISR1113 (installed at customer premises) and the CPU Cores 2 & 3:
As a reminder, Cores 0 & 1 are dedicated to control plane, cores 2 & 3 are dedicated to data plane.

Each router has one attachment to customer LAN.
