How can i distribute internet to different users?

We have up to 60 users in our office. We got internet from ISP with fiber using EPON(act like bridge). We have a rack with 24 punch-panels with cable ports around the wall. How can i distribute internet to users with all ports installed around the wall? any help please?

It is a start to tell us that you have 60 users, and patch panels, and EPON from ISP. But it is not enough information for us to be able to answer your question. Do you also have any kind of router, any kind of switch? What does the EPON connect to? Does your ISP have any suggestions about how to distribute Internet?

We have one source from EPON with one IP address. The EPON act like a bridge. The EPON is not connected to any device. I want to know do we need switch that performs routing and switching or a router? if so how?
