Quite difficult. You would have to join two switches via 10 Gbit, and populate each switch with 100 or more of those PCs, then get them transferring bulk data. Or you could use 10 (or more) servers each with 1 Gbit interfaces.
It would be rare indeed for a 10 Gbit link to be overloaded ... only for extreme high density sites. However, there are more advantages to 10 Gig than just the bandwidth. The latency is also lower.
