I have a topology likes picture I got Uploaded

and I want to forward trafic to the correct Ch based on destination

server want to access multiple data from multiple server

example:

If server want to connect to 192.168.0.3 ,should connect to 10.10.3.25

at first glance, the only way I can imagine that happening it with using policy based routing, in combination with either subinterfaces, or VRFs...not sure if you router supports either one...

In this scenario, the only way is using PBR to redirect this traffic + or NAT configuration but, in real life, this scenario have issues. The better way, is a have one Firewall between this flow and you configure DNAT rules with SNAT if you need.
