How to access packet tracer crash dump file

I have a registered version of packet tracer 6.2.0 that I downloaded from the Cisco network academy web site. It is constantly crashing on three different computers. Can someone please tell me how I can capture the crash dump file so I can add it to the bug report.

I have the same problem of packet tracer 8.0 that I downloaded from the Cisco network academy web site. It just crashed on and prompted to save the dmp file in saves files but you cannot see it no matter how much i search, using name extensions..etc... Can someone please tell me how I can capture the crash dump file so I can add it to the bug report
