Usually slot bandwidth would be the stated value to/or from the slot to the fabric. I.e. like a gig port can send or receive gig both in/out concurrently (in full duplex mode).
Usually fabric bandwidth is the combination of all in/out bandwidth. I.e. like a (full duplex) gig port noting it has 2 gig of bandwidth.
