How to change default language to PORTUGUESE BR in cisco paket Tracer

I need to download the .ptl and .ts files in Brazilian Portuguese language for Cisco Packet Tracer v8.2.1.0118, if you can create one, show me how please.

I checked in the preferences configuration, but there is no option, only the default, how do I find it to download the Brazilian Portuguese language files?
