How to check bandwidth utilization

I have a Cisco 871 connected to my DSL i m using it for VPN as well as as a firewall now what i want to do is to check which of my internal user is using which about of bandwidth and some real time monitoring like softwares and web sites he is visiting

You can try downloading complete solwinds monitoring package and see if that helps you.
