Good morning
I have a cisco N540x switch, that the administrator password is corrupt or unknown.
I have followed the following method, but it doesn't work
After press ESC, displays as picture
Does not show "IOS XR-recovery"
Can you tell me how to reset my password?
Thanks

at first glance it looks like you do not have a password-recovery problem
but an Image recovery problem that is: no bootable IOS-XR image present

Hi Mr pieterh
I have selected "IOS-XR-System-Recovery" but it doesn't work.

looks like both screenshots come from COM4: ? -> you need TWO serial connections!
Step 3. Select the Cisco IOS XR-recovery option from the GRUB menu
and press Enter on the RP1 card console
as soon as you see the Initiating IOS XR System Recovery... message on the RP0 card console.
Do not wait until the RP0 card reaches the Enter root-system username prompt, otherwise the RP1 card can auto-reload and exit the bios GRUB menu. The RP0 card can boot up as active and the RP1 card can boot up as a standby card post the recovery process
