,We had installled HWIC 2 FE card on Cisco 2851 with the ios c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T8 , but the problem is we are not able to detect the FE ports, could some one help on the sam

From data sheet -

"The HWIC-2FE will be supported in IOS releases 12.4(15)T9, 12.4(20)T, 12.4(22)T and 12.4(24)T."

So you need to upgrade your IOS.

Please reread my last post. You do not have the correct IOS to run this card. You need to upgrade your IOS. See previous post for details.
