Dear Cisco support please help
I can not convert traditional licenses to Smart Licenses.
I read from document recommend to open From the License Registration Portal (PAK-based Licensing Portal) . . .
So I can not open page License Registration Portal it show message "We have encountered a technical issue and require you to open a support case before your request can be processed."
afterthat i send email to licenses of Cisco support So but I don't see engineer of cisco accept my case.
I don't know how i convert my licenses from PAK to smart account please help
