I have a problem with my RV042G. I am not networking genius but just knows a little. At the office, we have 2 Internet service from the same ISP. My boss wants to Load Balance the two internet services we have. We have the RV042G that fits the job. But when I try plugged in things and set up as recommended, no internet comes out at the end of the PC. :(

Note: I have included the physical set-up and a little explanation for each.

Help is much appreciated.

Hi,

What is the error that you are getting? Are you able to ping to your default gateway? Are you able to ping an internet IP address?

What is the WAN interface IP in the router?

How you have done the dual WAN load-balance routing?

This document shows the confoguration steps.

Hello,

Technically, the end PC is not connected to the internet. When I diagnose the connection, it says, there is something wrong in the DNS server.

When I ipconfig the PC, I was able to get the IP the router is supposed to broadcast.

How do I get the WAN interface IP in the router?

I have done the dual WAN load-balance routing.

I also have read the document and followed it. I just don't know if it is right.

Hi,

Please share the below output from your pc:
