I couldn't apply ACL on SVI Cisco C1000 Switch

Hi

I have  Switch C1000 Version 15.2(7r)E3

I want to apply ACL, but I couldn't apply it on interface Vlan 

the configuration as shown 

C1000(config)#interface VLAN 250

C1000(config-if)#ip access?
% Unrecognized command

when trying to apply in the physical interface it is work 

C1000(config)#interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/8

C1000(config-if)#ip access-group ?
<1-199> IP access list (standard or extended)
<1300-2699> IP expanded access list (standard or extended)
WORD Access-list name

does it not supported or it needs a pre-requiring configuration?

This is expected behaviour as the Catalyst 1000 only supports Port-ACLs and not routed ACLs:
