I couldn't apply ACL on SVI Cisco ESS-3300 Switch

I have  Switch ESS-3300 NCP Version 17.06.02 (Network-Advantage)

I want to apply ACL, but I couldn't apply it on interface Vlan

the configuration as shown

switch1(config)#interface VLAN 4

switch1(config-if)#ip access?
% Unrecognized command

when trying to apply to a physical interface it worked

switch1(config)#interface gigabitEthernet 1/8

switch1(config-if)#ip access-group ?
<1-199> IP access list (standard or extended)
<1300-2699> IP expanded access list (standard or extended)
WORD Access-list name

 

Is this not supported or does it need a different configuration?

this not router ACL this VLAN ACL, 
VLAN ACL not support in all SW.

In my setup I also use Catalyst 3650 switches and ESS-9300 switches and I am able to apply ACLs to VLANs.  Are you saying the IOS' for the ESS-3300 do not support assigning ACLs to VLANs?
