I installed Cisco 5.8 acs in vmware workstation pro but web gui will not work.

i was able ping my pc and phone and everything from the acs and vice versa

i also did the show application status acs and everything is running.

i don't know what to do ?

Do you have any Antivirus installed on PC ? or FW installed on PC where Vmware workstation installed ?

i am using Norton antivirus and malwarebytes.

the thing is i disabled it and it still does not work ?

Since you confirmed the IP is reachable using ping, suggest testing with telnet ACSIP port 443 to see you able to connect?
