Please, write without Caps Lock
In cisco routers, if You not applied access-group on the interfaces, all IP traffic can be flow through router.
If You do not have access to this router, You can reset password, using console port.
In the cisco site, it detailed described.
Also, if router is new, we can try to login with "cisco/cisco"
