Hello
Is it poible to make a L3 switch respond from a secondary address?
In this topology:
R1 - R2 - R3 - R4
Lets say that R1 makes a traceroute to R4. When R2 and R3 makes a relpy, I want that reply sourced from a secondary address.
Is that posible?

I don't believe this is possible. The reply address is going to be your primary.

I remember there's a trick with local policy routing to force the box reply with some other IP rather than with the one the packet was destined to. But natively they won't reply off the secondary IP.
Cheers,
Ivan.
