IGMP on NEXUS

Hello all,

 

I'm experiencing an issue on my nexus 3K, i'm receiving a multicast from another site on a access port in vlan 200, if i connect i pc on other port in the same vlan i cannot lock with VL this stream , here the switch details:

Software
BIOS: version 4.0.0
NXOS: version 7.0(3)I4(7)
BIOS compile time: 12/05/2016
NXOS image file is: bootflash:///nxos.7.0.3.I4.7.bin
NXOS compile time: 6/28/2017 14:00:00 [06/28/2017 21:53:29]

 

IGMP enable 

IP igmp groups show the multicast

 

Someone had this similar issue ?

I did disable the IGMP for this vlan and its working now.

no ip igmp snooping vlan xxx

I did disable the IGMP for this vlan and its working now.

that's interesting... I would recommend not disabling snooping, maybe open a TAC case for the issue and see if there's a way to still have igmp snooping enabled and get your application to work. Maybe you can get it to work by changing some of the default igmp snooping parameters.
