I have a Cisco 2811, when he boot up, the router stops the message:
Initializing memory for ECC.
Does anyone know what can be?

Initializing memory for ECC.
Won't boot or wouldn't even go into ROMmon or wouldn't even boot the bootstrap.
Time for you to contact Cisco TAC.

I can not enter either in ROMmon
Hardware failure. If you've got a service contract, use it and contact the TAC.
