Installed MPLS VPN. Now what?

Hi Experts,

After a few weeks of research and frustration, finally installed a working MPLS VPN between 3 sites. Configured 3 CE routers using static route. Default QoS on all location - which means no QoS configured. 

My question is, just as the title says - Now what? I wanna know if there are other things that I should actively monitor? 

Is MPLS VPN something that is install and practically forget? Or this this something that I should check on everyday?

I know that there's there's saying that - If ain't broke, don't fix it. But I am interested of those things that we can do to improve with what we have.

Its been quite sometime now since this query is posted. Nevertheless, i would like to comment that once the MPLS VPN is operational, there is really nothing to monitor/check on daily basis. 

As you rightly said "If ain't broke, don't fix it".
