I have a new 2951 router I am installing. It is running Multilink ppp and both sides seem to confiure the same but one on the T's I am testing with the line protocol keep going from up to down. I still have the old router in place and functional but move one T to the new router and it start flapping and I am not sure why. I have verified clock source but it still is flapping. when I put it back all is well, so I know it isn't the line. Any ideas to what the problem could be?
