Inter VLAN Multicast Routing

What is a basic setup to enable inter-vlan multicast routing? A single Catalyst 9300, a video server in one vlan, and a client in another vlan.

On just a single L3 device, this might suffice:

ip multicast-routing

int vlan # !on both server and client SVIs

ip pim dense-mode !or sparse-dense-mode
