Hello All
I have noticed a new interface on a cisco 7301 router. The interface is SSLVPN-VIF0. From the name it clearly says what it is, however I am still a bit confused about a few things.
Is this automatically created by the VPN server or router? Is this interface for a vpn tunnel? Why does it show in the OK? column as NO when I issue sh ip int brief?
TIA

This interface is automatically created when using the router to terminate SSL VPN connections. It is a virtual interface. Cisco IOS 12.4.20.T(ED) introduced interface SSLVPN-VIF0 that the SSL VPN utilizes.
