interface Virtual-Template11 VS interface multilink

What is the difference between the interface virtual-template and interface multilink ?

where we can use each of them since i found some situation that we can use them interchangable?

Hi Ahmad

Multilink interfaces are used to have a single logical interface bundle in which different physical interface will be a member.

We use multilink interface to get a single logical interface with high bandwidth capacity.

instead of having different physical link with less bandwidth capacities.

if its a simple point to point link between your locations and without any routing protocols better prefer multilink interface to have proper load sharing between the links..
