Internal Vlans Flap when Control-Plane Policy Applied !

Hi,

When we apply the control-plane policy, the internal vlans ( with names prefixed with word VRF ) comes up.

But there is no log saying these vlans went down.

As soon as we apply the below service-policy command, we get the logs shown below in red.
