Internet Access for VPN tunnel users

Hi, i have the following network scenario:

Location -A is the main Data Center in which internet is accessible 10.0.0.0

Location -B is connected with A by the same ISP with vpn tunnel (isis) but internet access is not allowed to its users. 20.0.0.0

I want to allow some users on Location -B to have an internet access but it should be route from Location -A instead of direct ISP access.

what's problem? Create static route in Location B or configure dynamic routing from Location A to B, then create ACL in Location B to allow interner for exact users.
