Internet backup link

My goal is to provide an Internet backup (failover) for remote sites and headquarters.

Each site has its own Internet connection via pix/asa firewalls. The attached topology is a footprint of remote sites connection to HQ.

All internal traffic through out the remote and HQ sites uses a layer2 VPLS provider.

We are running EIGRP on all CE routers facing the VPLS cloud (192.168.180.0/28), total of six sites.

We also run EIGRP on stackswitches in each site, on same AS.

How can I re-route Internet traffic from just one remote site Internet traffic (in case local internet access failed) to for example my HQ Internet connection?

Can I used EIGRP to accomplish this?

I've used IP SLA in the past and it worked well for me. Here is an example-

Hope it helps
