Internet connexion

Hello,

I've configured two interfaces for a cisco 1921, one interface for Lan and the other for Wan. I've got a problem then, when I plug the cables I've got 3 dots I don't know why (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzxG2-y1Q5g), by the way there is no internet even if I can ping all devices. Her is my config:

Hi Mohamed,

I don't see any route to the Internet.

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0  xx.xx.xx.xx where xx.xx.xx.xx is an IO address connected to your Internet connection on Gi0/1

You did not understand the suggestion that Richard made. He did not say that x.x.x.x was the address of your interface, but said it was an IP that is connected on your interface. What he was attempting to describe is that this next hop address would be the address of your provider device to which you connect. Since you have so thoroughly disguised addresses it is difficult to provide suggestions any more helpful than x.x.x.x.

If your interface is 8 x.x 1 with a mask of 255.255.255.254 then logically the next hop address would be 8 x x 0. But since that is not a likely address for a provider device I wonder if what you have showed us is a further disguise of your addressing.

Yes you're right, internet now works perfectly. Another problem that I encounter is the forwarding, VoIP doesn't work correctly, the call is interrupted in 3-4 seconds. I'm configuring the Cisco 1921 to replace the rv042g that I use before and works with VoIP, her is the forwarding config for rv042g that I need to put on the cisco 1921:
