IOS Availability for IOS release 15.6(3)M0a

Is 15.6(3)M0a available to the public (registered users) for use on 2921/K9 routers?    The 15.6(3)M0a version is suppose to fix a security vulnerability.  The latest version I am able to find is 15.6(3)M.

Cisco also states that there ar no work-arrounds available, but how about an ACL to drop inbound port 500 / 4500?

Correct, that is the vulnerability I was referring to.  

We could use an ACL, however, Cisco's IOS recommendation is not available for the 2921 routers.
