IOS Bug for 11.2(17)p?

Hi Guys,

My old Cisco2501 is running on the above IOS.

I am not able to console into the router USING the console port, BUT i could USING the AUX port!

Is it a bug?

It might be a problem with the console port configuration. What is the configuration for the console port?

No junk characters. give a blank terminal until i change to the AUX port.

Do you need my 'Show-Tech' ?

what is the config-register value. ?? please check . and see whta configurations of console do u connect in ..these both shud match......

Something bad happened!

When i tried to connect to the AUX with 9600,8 data,None parity, 2 stop bits, i am not able to access anymore.

Now i lost total terminal connection to the router!!!

Help!
