Hello Mohammed,
your C6500 is currently running in Hybrid mode
sup2 with CatOS 7.2(2)
msfc2 with 12.1(8b)E11.
if you want to upgrade to a suitable native mode IOS using feature navigator
search by platform using 7600 sup2/MSFC2
for example could be
Image Name c6sup22-jsv-mz.121-27b.E4.bin
DRAM / Min Flash 128 / 32
I worry about the ATM module that I don't know if it is supported in native IOS.
By the way, is it still used and for what ?
the procedure for conversion for sup2/msfc2 is here
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_tech_note09186a008070f124.shtml
otherwise you can upgrade catOS up to 8.3.4 and the msfc to
Image Name c6msfc2-jsv-mz.121-27b.E4.bin
DRAM / Min Flash 128 / 16
notice the different naming convention between native and hybrid (sup22 vs. msfc2)
Hope to help
Giuseppe

Thanks Giuseppe,
ATM cards are not in use any more.
as you said
"search by platform using 7600 sup2/MSFC2"
Is this will be compatible with 6509.
Regards.

Hello Mohammed,
if ATM linecards are not a concern you can move to Native IOS following the procedure I have linked in my first post.
If you look at the ios image name for C7600 sup2/msfc2 native ios it is :
c6sup22-jsv-mz.121-27b.E4.bin
Now, with more modern HW and IOS images C7600 is separated from C6500 but with sup2/MSFC2 they are the same.
At the beginning moving from Hybrid mode to Native IOS made a C6500 to become a C7600.
You should be fine with it
Hope to help
Giuseppe
