16.8.1 is a single-release train.

I would recommend upgrading the "maintenance" train:

  • 16.6.X (for those who don't like Cisco Smart Licensing)
  • 16.9.X (Cisco Smart Licensing feature)
  • 16.12.X (Cisco Smart Licensing feature)
  • 17.3.X (Cisco Smart Licensing feature)

Hello @josiah.hutson921 ,

how are you using the LAN interface ?

It is a routed port with an IP address ?

In that case you have ARP issues

if the interface is on an etherswitch module it would be an OSI L2 issue.

ARP should work if the interface IP address and subnet mask put it in the same IP subnet as other hosts.

I have made a quick search but I haven't found a related bug.

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Hello,

I'm using gi0/0/0 for wan and gi0/0/1 for lan , this is a edge device and we are have routing configured on both interface with NAT/PAT, Qos, or the wan interface, before i wasn't able to get any updated arp entries from the lan interface, also i'm not able to ping or traceroute to any host connected to that interface
