With IOS-XR, what would be the simplest way to implement a policier that would rate-limit the amount of ICMP traffic coming into a specific router interface from untrusted IPs (IPv4/IPv6) to a configurable threshold -- 2M for exampl, however allow trusted source addresses (Mgmt devices) to use all the available bandwidth if desired?
