IP based application redundnacy over internet

we are  going to implement active passive DC/DR scnerio and in DC we have IP based application over internet which we want access via DR on the same IP when our DC connectivity goes to fail.

Is their any solution for achieving this.

What you are looking to achieve exactly?

In general when the link at DC goes down the IP's which learning over the link will be unreachable.

If you want access the applications on the same IP from DR when DC fails then You might need to coordinate with your service provider at DC and then they may provide the link to your DR and advertise the same subnet what you have at DC.
