IP Multicasting on L2 network

 Dear All,

Please help\guide me to access simultaneous active camera feeds on my DC and DR L3 switches. My spoke locations are connected thru L2 switches and ISP has provided us the trunk network aggregating at DC and DR for the spoke locations.
