I'd like to know what the purpose of this configuration.
on global configuration
ip tcp mss 1300
Is it the same configuration when we input this to interface configuration as ' ip tcp adjust-mss ####' ?

I'm looking for particular command for replacing 'ip tcp adjust-mss'.
As per my investigation, ip tcp adjust-mss configuration is not works in tunnel 0 on Cisco 7600 Series Router.
Hence, I'd like to know what the exact command for Cisco 7609 Router replacing with 'ip tcp adjust-mss'.
