IP to MAC Binding on Cisco Router

I want to configure IP to MAC binding on Cisco 3800 series router. 

Can someone help how can I do that?

not sure what you are after exactly, something like the below ?

Router(config)#arp 192.168.1.12 ffed.4432.12c0 arpa

I agree that the original post is not clear about what they want. Is is an arp entry? a dhcp entry? something else? We need clarification.

I want to configure static binding on Cisco Router 3825. I want to MAC ip address with MAC address. And we have almost 150 users at our office.
Need suggestion or best practice for IP to MAC binding?

We are still not clear what kind of binding you mean. Is it about arp entries? Or about DHCP entries? Or about something else?

Until that is clear we can not provide appropriate answers.
