I was able to successfully create a tunnel between a cisco-RV340 router and a TP-Link ER605 Router... Both device show the Tunnel is created and up and running....
A tunnel between two ER605 devices working flawlessly, as well as between RV340 Routers....
Never the less I can not communicate over the tunnel no ping in either of the directions... Anybody has any idea what to do about this problem.
On the other router, are you using the same network/mask but local is 10.95.26.0/24 and remote 192.168.178.0/24 ?
Basically, if you have phase1 and 2 working, the next thing to look at is the traffic of interest.
