IPSec VPN

Hi All,

Sorry for a very simple question, can anyone please tell me what are the components of an internet VPN.

I want to give IPSec VPN service. I will use another ISP for internet infrastructure, and use my own CE (customer location) and VPN Concentrator (data center).

Requesting any hardware and configuration related links/information that can be used.
