Is current IOS available for a 2514

Hello,

I was told by a co-worker that Cisco makes IOS downloads available for no charge if the device is no longer supported or has reached the so-called end of life. I have a 2514 that I got from EBAY. It has IOS v11.2(10a), as seen below in the output from show version. Can I get a more current version of IOS for my 2514, and if so, can anyone point me to where I can download it?
