As above. Had a ISP replace their equipment at our site and we lost connectivity they put the old equipment back and we still had no connectivity. A reboot of the router restored connectivity through the T1.

Hi,
Might be router was in hung state and after reboot router and interface was restored... Wht is the router model and whic serial card...

Hello Byonch,
you have given no details about this failed ISP upgrade, but some T1 controllers parameters may require a reboot to be effective this is just generally speaking
