both cities layer 1 and layer 2 have been verfiied okay, according the the debug error message, I believe it's ISDN service provider issue, can we confirm which city's service provider has problem?
thank you,

do u think config is ok in city A router ?
"Cause i = 0x8483 - No route to destination"

Can provide us both side of the configuration of the routers?
This may help to troubleshoot further better.
12-11-2006 06:37 PM
yes, the configuration is correct at both end since it works well before.
Thanks,

hi trina,
casue no 84
Send special information tone
The remote number you dialed is not reachable.
Check the number you dial. Verify if you need any prefixes to access the network. For example, you need to dial 9 for outbound calls through a PBX. Contact your telco/PBX administrator for details
City B service privder isse (might be pune?)
