The following debug is debug isdn events, debug ppp auth and neg, debug isdn q921 and 931. Here are my results. Any help is appreciated.

I do not believe that there is enough here to help us find an answer. The first several messages seem to indicate that ISDN is changing state to down, but are not clear about what caused it.
There is one message from q931 indicating shutting down layer 3 of ISDN but again no indication of what caused it.
And there are a couple of messages from q921 that do seem to confirm that the router and the ISDN switch are talking to each other.
It might be helpful if you could post the output of show isdn status. I would also like to see a longer period of time running just debug isdn q931 to try to establish at the signaling level what is happening. The other debugs may have helpful information but I would like to start with a clearer understanding of what is happening at the signaling level.
